Er berät Kunden beim Aufbau der richtigen Digitalstrategie und ist als Projektleiter aktiv involviert.
In den Jahren zuvor arbeitete er in verschiedenen Unternehmen, unter anderem als Head of E-Commerce bei der AGETO Service GmbH, als IT-Projektmanager für Schüco International KG und als E-Commerce-Projektleiter bei der SE-LL-Marketing GmbH. Er hat eine Vielzahl von kleinen und großen Kunden in E-Commerce- und Multichannel-Themen betreut. In den letzten 15 Jahren verantwortete er diverse Facetten des E-Commerce. Die Veränderungen des Marktes durch die zunehmende Digitalisierung sowie die daraus resultierenden Anforderungen an die Unternehmen gestaltete er aktiv mit, insbesondere bezogen auf Geschäftsprozesse und Systemintegration. Ebenfalls hat Herr Weltlich umfangreiche Führungsverantwortung übernommen und mit unternehmerischer Verantwortung Geschäftsbereiche und Organisationen aufgebaut und weiterentwickelt.
